My name is Carol I worked at MANCHESTER AND GATWICK I have to say out of all the three Airlines I have worked for namely Dan Air Services at Manchester and KLM at Stansted and Amserdam. I have flown for seventeen years and my four years at Cal Air (Novair) was the best of my entire career.

She placed me in a middle seat of an old plane in between two male passengers whom I have to inconvinience every time I made a trip to the CR. I would have preferred an isle or window seat.

The whole transatlantic trip was so cramped, uncomfortable and horrid.

LAX to MNL
On my way to Manila, the ground stewardess from LAX charged me for exta baggage. I only had important documents in that bag.

HARD LESSON LEARNED: I will think twice before taking China Airlines again. Cheap does not equal quality of service.
