and 350 standing.
Built: 1976 by Hancock of Pembroke (South Wales)
Designed by Sir Bruce White-Wolfe,Barry and Partners & Tyne and Wear Transport Executive.
Comment: The Ferry operates a half hourly service either way.
Its sister ship is the Pride of the Tyne.
