But 'arriva serving london' is not the name of the bus operator. In this case the service is being operated by 'Arriva Kent Thamesside'. 'Arriva London' is a different division. 'Arriva serving london' is just a marketing speech. Keith

because when you buy a ticket it always says arriva serving london
