THE SHORT FLIGHT OF THE BEE LINE BUZZ - Part 12 of 18: Photographs and story
Each Bee Line route had its own individual information leaflet coupled with full page press announcements. During 1987 and early 1988 Bee Line introduced, changed, and re-introduced over 20 various routes, many connecting localities never directly connected before. Most of these routes zig zagged through housing estates although Route 23, introduced in January 1988, went from South to North Manchester, starting in Stockport and ending in Middleton, acting as an express route using only major roads. Pictured are leaflets for Routes1 & 2, as well as a similar Zippy leaflet for their routes E & F.
