I see what you mean. London Waterloo is not a great place to see the Eurostars, but venture to places like Swanley in Kent and you get a far better view as they pass. Keith

No Keith, I don't mean like that. E.g, when I was younger I really wanted to see the Eurostar so I went to London Waterloo. But as you probably know it is in a covered over platform and sort of like high walls to stop you looking in. Well that was the impressing I got anyway, and I couldn't really see it. And, the only time I have actually seen a Eurostar is on the way to London Paddington while I was on a FGW HST, and unfortunatly I haven't been lucky enough to actually see a Eurostar passing through a station.
