Electric GNER trains do not run through to Skipton because of the lack of power available in the wires. Sometimes we notice a warning come up in our cab (333) that the overhead line voltage is out of range when the GNER departs from Bradford Forster...

i dont know why london - skipton gner trains are not electrified as it is a electrifed route
