At least First do something right for you. Up in Glasgow, where I live, they're buses and trains are terrible.

Personally, i think First Great Western is brilliant. I travel with F.G.W quite often on weekends. I have had no problems at all and the staff are always willing to help. So a big congradulations to First, well done!!!
